Q3: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A3: We will provide you our existing sample to check our quality, we will send it by freight collect express.
Or after price confirmation, we can produce samples with your logo, sample charge is USD60/design.
And the sample cost will be refunded if your bulk order quantity reach our request.
Q4: What kind of files do you accept for printing?
A4: Artwork in PDF, Core Draw or AI format is ok.
Q5: Can you do the design for us?
A5: Yes. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas
into perfect products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we
can design the layout you want.
Q6: How long can I expect to get the sample ?
A6: After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, the samples will be ready for delivery
in 5-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay
us if you do not have an account.
Q7: What about the lead time for mass production?
A7: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the products you need. Generally speaking, we suggest
that you start inquiry more than one month before the date you would like to get the products.
